Team Summary: Within NOA's Product Development & Publishing department (also known as Treehouse), this position works in partnership with Live Event Production leadership to drive execution of live event productions and partner programs, following globally and regionally aligned tactics in support of Nintendo's Competitive Play program.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Drives daily tasks needed to ensure event execution in accordance with defined project workback schedules as directed by Live Event Production Leadership and project management processes.

• Creates project workback schedules and tracking sheets based on defined timelines and deliverables and tracks project status against the defined schedules.

• Communicates tasks, workback schedules and deliverables to internal teams and external partners via daily communication to maximize support for aligned tactics.

• Supports reviews, approvals, and distribution of assets, schedules, and social media and marketing calendars.

• Runs necessary communications and onsite event logistics for 50 event invitees.

• Evaluates IP-based materials and messaging to ensure alignment with strategic direction, and routes materials to approving internal NOA teams.

• Interfaces with relevant internal team leads to generate support for aligned strategic directions.

• Responsible for maintaining and tracking distribution of hardware and software inventory across events.

• Meets with external partners, supports review of partner tactics, and demonstrates strong ability to communicate key Competitive Play team priorities.

• Works with internal Communications and PR teams to gauge community sentiment and provide data and insights to help inform strategic decisions and direction.

• Contributes heavily to project development coordination and communication; performs some administrative duties.
