Position: Director of Design Build
This position is a salaried position and reports to the VP of Operations
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (Based on sales)

As one of our Account Managers, you will:
Prospect, network, and pursue new commercial opportunities targeting $1MM in new sales
Maintain and grow your current book of business of 10% Year over year
Upsell property enhancements and seasonal services driving account penetration of 100%
Coordinate with design, estimating, and production teams to deliver on customer expectations
Represent our brand at industry events, builder meetings, and client walkthroughs
Youll be expected to deliver top-line sales growth while maintaining strong client retention and meeting margin goals. Youll be part of a collaborative team that values responsiveness, accountability, and performance.
There is a strong base salary plus uncapped commission potential. Well share more in the interview.
