Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training (Healthcare)
Participate in a state-approved CNA training program (fully paid by us).
Gain practical, on-the-job training from experienced professionals.
Learn essential caregiving skills--from ADLs to communication to resident safety.
Deliver Compassionate, Personalized Care:
Assist residents with daily living activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Help with mobility support and transfers in a safe, respectful way.
Build strong relationships with residents while monitoring their well-being.
Create a Warm & Supportive Home Environment:
Provide emotional support and companionship throughout each shift.
Help residents feel valued and cared for in their home environment.
Maintain cleanliness and comfort in rooms and common areas.

Communicate with nurses and team members for seamless care coordination.

No CNA Certification? No Problem!
We're seeking kind, motivated individuals who want to grow into a CNA role.
You'll complete training and earn your certification with our full support.
In exchange, you'll commit to working with The Oaks for at least 6 months after certification.

Location & Schedule:
Washburn, WI 54891 - Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate
Shifts Available:
1st shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
2nd shift: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
3rd shift: 10:00 PM-6:30 AM
Weekdays and every other weekend required
