Sr Estimate Reviewer (Finance)



Serves as a Senior team member in Estimate Review department. Processes escalations in accordance with client/department procedures and handles queue coverage, and assignments when needed. Represents management as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum of 6+ years experience in construction industry and/or property adjusting, including at least 1 year in the Estimate Review Department.
  • Completed Career Path certifications for Estimate Reviewer I, II, & III.
  • Demonstrated experience in Estimate Review, with minimum of one year as an Estimate Reviewer 3 or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Note: If Career Path requirements have not met, they must be completed within a mutually agreed upon and/or stated timeframe).
  • Exhibits team leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to handle new assignments and queue coverage as needed.
  • Highly proficient and advanced computer skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good time management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills.

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of Contractor Connection specific applications, workflows, and reporting systems.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Contractor Connection and Estimate Review processes and procedures.
  • Conducts escalation calls to contractors and logs coaching conversation and Service Level Failures.
  • Conducts training and mentoring to new hire groups.
  • In periods of high volume, reviews network contractor repair estimates to ensure estimates are technically accurate and meet appropriate industry guidelines and standards for repair.
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of all Estimate Review functions and procedures.
  • Participates in special projects or perform duties in other areas as requested.
  • Upholds and projects the public image of the Company.
  • Upholds the Crawford Code of Business Conduct and Ethics at all times.
