Vice President, Sales - North America (Sales)



Build and lead a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven sales organization focused on accountability, goal achievement, and continuous improvement to support field success.
Maintain open, transparent, and constructive communication with Kinzes Senior Leadership Team and dealership network to ensure alignment, mutual trust, and business growth.
Develop annual forecasts and comprehensive go-to-market plans that align with company objectives, financial targets, and drive sustained revenue growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and Operations to develop programs that drive sales and optimize production scheduling.
Drive effective market share growth across districts through distribution strategies - dealer selection, evaluation, and development, new product introductions, and competitive countermeasure planning.
Develop a well-crafted distribution and dealer methodology that outlines key advantages, support systems, and benefits of being a Kinze dealer.
Partner closely with Product Management, Marketing and Engineering to identify product gaps, manage the product portfolio, and recommend competitive product and pricing strategies aligned with market needs.
Work closely with Service and Warranty teams to ensure consistent and unified dealer communication; and to resolve critical dealer account issues.
Partner internally to design and deliver impactful Experience Kinze events for dealers and farmers.
Provide effective training to District Sales Managers on product features, sales strategies, and sales processes, with regular evaluation to ensure knowledge retention and application.
Ensure timely, effective, and efficient support to the dealer network by reinforcing adherence to processes and standards.
Equip dealers with the tools, resources, and support needed to meet or exceed sales goals and improve overall profitability.
Collaborate with Product Management on the creation and execution of the dealer sales training program to ensure skill development and consistent messaging across the network.

Design and manage District Sales Manager compensation plans and develop the dealer market share rewards program to align incentives with performance.
Lead and facilitate the Dealer Advisory Council, playing a pivotal role in gathering feedback, building alignment, and shaping strategic initiatives.
