Guest Experience Coordinator (Beaumont) (Project Management)

Were looking for an energetic, outgoing, and dependable Guest Experience/Member Engagement Coordinator to be the face of our YMCA. This physically active role involves engaging with members throughout the facility, ensuring a welcoming environment, and supporting daily operations to enhance the overall guest experience.

Hours will vary based on branch hours/activity. The desired candidate will create a regular 40-hour work week schedule to ensure coverage at times of high traffic to create the greatest engagement with members.

What Youll Do:
Actively greet and assist members and guests throughout the facility, not just at the front desk.Circulate regularly through the lobby, fitness areas, and program spaces to support staff and members.Provide tours, answer questions, and promote YMCA programs with enthusiasm.Monitor member satisfaction and support conflict resolution with a positive attitude.Participate in light facility upkeep, including resetting rooms, restocking materials, and helping maintain cleanliness.Assist in event setup and execution, which may involve lifting, moving, or standing for extended periods.Work collaboratively with teams to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

What Were Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required.At least 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience, preferably in an active setting.Energetic, personable, and able to engage with people of all ages and backgrounds.Comfortable being on your feet, moving around the facility, and occasionally lifting items (up to 30 lbs).Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to multi-task and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
