Pay Range: $16-21/Hour

Internship OverviewGain hands-on experience in IT support while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Summer Intern, here are some responsibilities and projects you may work on:
- Provide first-level IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the setup and deployment of computers, mobile devices, and IT equipment.
- Support the IT ticketing system by tracking and resolving user requests.
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Assist with software installations, system updates, and security protocols.
- Participate in IT projects related to system upgrades, cybersecurity, and automation.
- Educate employees on IT best practices and cybersecurity awareness.
Required QualificationsWe're looking for motivated students who are ready to learn and grow. Here's what we're looking for:
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting and support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work on-site for the duration of the internship.
