Assistant Service Center Manager
DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Assistant Service Center Manager in Waynesboro, VA. If you have a passion for serving others to help them achieve their financial goals, then this may be the perfect position for you!
What You'll have an Opportunity to do:
Maintaining a highly competent, motivated, and engaged team that upholds expected service delivery through active engagement and coaching of the service center team
Provide oversight of operations to include transactions, loan originations, new accounts, share growth, and account maintenance.
Effectively use multiple systems to coach employees
Establish sales goals with the team
Assist with quality member service
Partner with the SC Operations Manager to develop channel specific business plans
Assist with completing annual performance appraisals
Provide feedback on process improvements that can improve member and employee experience.
What You'll Bring to the Table
A college degree or related work experience is preferred
Passion and commitment to serve others with adaptability and flexibility
Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional attitude and appearance
The ability to assess needs and implement plans
Knowledge of financial and public communities.
