What Youll Do?
As an HR Generalist at MOCA Logistics, youll play a key role in developing people, strengthening culture, and driving organizational success. Your key responsibilities will include:

Design and lead impactful training, onboarding, and development programs.

Support performance management, coaching, learning plans, and succession planning.

Be a trusted partner for employee relations, ensuring fair and respectful outcomes.

Lead engagement surveys and follow-through on action plans to elevate culture.

Administer HRIS and LMS systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.

Leverage human capital analytics to guide data-informed HR strategies.
