Maintenance II (Maintenance)

Pines Village Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance worker. Maintenance provides service calls around the facility, remodel of apartments, and ensuring safety & security of residents, staff and the property. Must be team oriented, self-motivated, require minimal supervision and possess a dedication to quality. This shift is full-time, days and may rotate shifts for weekend and nights coverage with all maintenance for coverage to cover on a 24/7 basis.

High School Diploma or equivalent
Maintenance experience is a must, preferably in retirement community, long-term care facility or apartment complex is preferred.
Working knowledge within HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, floor care, grounds/landscaping, painting, and other general building maintenance.
Must be able to learn correct procedures/schedules, follow procedures, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Working basic knowledge of computers and software.
Possess a valid State driver's license, have reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance.
