Business Development Manager (Finance)
What Youll Bring:
This is an experienced hire role, and youll need to bring 2-3 years of verifiable Staffing sales experience. Heres what else were looking for:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experienceStrong affinity for business development, including service and marketing callsA desire to increase business opportunities in your market by being actively involved in the communityTroubleshooting abilities to resolve problems or complaints of clientsMust have reliable transportation, valid Drivers License and ability to use personal vehicle daily to successfully perform job dutiesThe ability to understand and apply basic business acumen and financial conceptsStrong attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Physical Requirements:To successfully perform the duties of this job, the staff associate is required to have the ability and skills sufficient to drive a motor vehicle 60-75% of the time, to visit other office locations, prospects or new clients. In addition, the staff associate must have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds. Requires good hand/eye coordination, arm/hand/ finger dexterity including the ability grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read and write the application information. The staff associate is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
