Your Mission
Our Mobile Growth team is looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Manager of App Store Optimization (ASO) to lead our global ASO strategy for Call of Duty: Mobile, one of the world's most iconic gaming franchises. As part of the Mobile Growth Marketing team, you will drive the visibility, conversion, and organic performance of Call of Duty: Mobile across key app stores, including Apple's App Store, Google Play, and emerging platforms.
This role requires a blend of user acquisition, creative, analytical, and strategic expertise. You'll work cross-functionally with Growth/User Acquisition, Creative, Marketing Analytics, Go-To-Market, Product Management, and Regional Marketing teams to maximize store presence, improve player acquisition efficiency, and optimize for ongoing live ops success.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $105,120.00 - $194,400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
