Here's What You'll Get To Do
- All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production
- Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure and calipers
- Use of hand tools such as drill guns in glazing process
- Good teamwork and communication skills with co-workers and supervisors
- Able to work a flexible schedule - 1st with overtime when needed (Saturdays and Sundays) and before or after normal shift hours
- Experience in Manufacturing or Construction is preferred, prior window manufacturing experience a plus
- Regular and predictable attendance, ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures, including Critical Safety Rules, are essential functions of your job
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, twist, walk, and reach frequently up to 12 hours a day
- Must be able to do repetitive motions (drilling, cleaning, and application of fasteners)
- Ability to grasp or squeeze small parts and large items
- Visually Inspect aluminum for various quality flaws
- Proper wear of all required Personal Protective Equipment
- Temperatures consistent with same outdoor climate conditions of the region (Heat, humidity, etc.)
