Third Shift ISC Production Supervisor (Finance)



As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility in Freeport, IL. You will ensure that production processes are efficient, safe, and compliant with regulatory standards. Your role will involve supervising a team of operators, implementing safety protocols, and optimizing plant operations to meet production targets. This position is Third Shift with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 11pm-7am.

You will report directly to our Operations Manager and work out of our Freeport, IL location on an onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our manufacturing operations. Your expertise in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring safety and compliance, and optimizing production processes will directly contribute to the efficiency and profitability of our facility.As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee production processes, ensure goals are met efficiently, maintain quality and safety standards, lead a team, manage resources, and implement improvements. You will report directly to our Operations Manager and work out of our Freeport, IL location on an onsite work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

• 2 years' experience in the manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Coordinate all aspects of the production operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead and motivate a team of operators and technicians to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues.

The annual base salary range for this position is $77,800 - $97,200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
