Temporary Senior Manager, CEE Business Operations (Project Management)
This role is responsible for advancing strategic business management and operational excellence within IEEE's conferences and events portfolio. The Temporary Senior Manager, CEE Business Operations will take the lead on major initiatives, oversee day-to-day departmental functions, and guide the CEE Business Office in delivering business insights, developing new programs, and streamlining processes. In addition, the position manages the conference payment process, reviewing requests to ensure compliance with IEEE policies, legal and tax regulations, and best business practices. Reporting to the Director of Event Business Operations, this individual plays a central role in shaping executive strategy and organizational planning and typically functions as a high level individual contributor.
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field required. Masters degree and/or PMP Certification preferred. 7+ years of experience in project management, financial analysis, financial compliance, Accounts Payable, or a related field required.
