Oklahoma State University: Civil & Environmental Intern & EIT Opportunities (Finance)



The Opportunity:

Tetra Tech is seeking an entry-level Engineer Interns and EIT in Civil/Environmental Engineering for our Oklahoma office. This team provides design and construction management services for surrounding municipalities, as well as municipal and industrial clients across the U.S. Candidates. Those with prior internship, municipal, or consulting experience are encouraged to apply.

Your Role:

As an Intern or EIT, you'll work closely with experienced engineers on a variety of water/wastewater and municipal infrastructure projects, including:

  • Supporting design for wastewater and water treatment facilities, stormwater systems, pipelines, and pump stations.
  • Assisting with field work, construction support, and technical studies.
  • Preparing drawings, reports, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across Tetra Tech's offices.
  • Learning how projects move from concept through construction while developing your technical and professional skills.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • 0-2 years of related engineering or internship experience (utilities, water, wastewater, drainage, or municipal design).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
