Image Review Specialist (Finance)



TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Image Review Specialist to join our Toll By Plate team based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for reducing the loss of revenue by reviewing all voided images for accuracy. TBP Image Review Specialist will re-identify any images possible or change the void disposition if the incorrect one was used. TBP Image Review Specialist is responsible for identifying any camera/lane issues, OCR issues, and any training needs that CSRs may have when it comes to image review. TBP Image Review Specialist tracks voids and prepare a camera void report daily using Microsoft Excel. TBP Image Review Specialist reviews and corrects Unknown By DMV and Canadian Do Not Pursue images, as well as processes regular image identifications and approvals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Review voided images.
  • Identify lane/camera issues, CSR issues, and OCR issues.
  • Prepare and provide camera void report daily to the PTC and Lane Group.
  • Use Microsoft Excel daily for tracking and reporting.
  • Review Unknown By DMV and Canadian Do Not Pursue images.
  • Direct urgent and sensitive issues to the TBP Manager.
  • Assist management with any additional needs.
  • Assist other Image Review Specialists or Leads as needed.

General Job Requirements:
  • This is a full-time position: Monday through Friday.
