Wholegoods Inventory Management Specialist Performs accounting duties, verifications, and adjustments while ensuring accuracy and validity in the equipment department for accounting processes used in sales.
Job Duties Adjust cost entries on equipment postings Enters data into various accounting systems or accounts including the general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory Reviews parts and service tickets billed to cost of goods sold after the sale for completeness and accuracy Communicates regularly with the Equipment Sales team to discuss after sales requests Makes discretionary decisions on behalf of the company for invoice accuracy And other duties as assigned
Job Requirements Understanding of accounting fundamentals Ability to negotiate between departments Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and the internet High level of attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of equipment, parts or service preferred High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
