Responsibilities:

The Recruitment Coordinator will help guide hiring managers and candidates through the selection process by:

  • Scheduling Interviews
  • Performing reference checks
  • Performing phone screens
  • Providing reporting
  • Opening requisitions
  • Career Fair Management
  • Military Hires Management
  • Campus recruitment
  • Supporting the Divisional recruiters
  • Other activities to support achieving hiring plan for Division

Requirements:

  • Education: Associates degree or equivalent in related field from two-year college or technical school required. HR certification desired. Experience: 2 - 4 years of related experience, 1 - 2 years of life cycle recruitment and sourcing experience and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations required.
  • Experience recruiting for a broad range of technical and professional exempt and non-exempt positions in a national, multi-location environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, be flexible and adaptable
  • Must demonstrate strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
  • Must demonstrate poise and maturity to articulate business goals, vision, culture and environment
  • Must demonstrate exceptional customer focus, interpersonal, coaching and teamwork skills
  • Advanced knowledge with MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Prior experience with iCIMS ATS and UKG Pro, preferred
