The Associate Manager of Global HOKA Retail Training and Communications develops and manages training and communications resources for our HOKA global retail team members. This role is responsible for creating global training and communications that impact performance, engage employees, and connect our retail team members to our Brand and Company culture. This involves working cross-functionality with key regional and global stakeholders to deliver and evolve communications and trainings that meet the needs of the business and support the culture of trust and accountability.
The Associate Manager of Global HOKA Retail Training and Communications will manage retail communications and provide trainings while partnering with the regions to execute globally consistent and locally relevant content.

Who You Are
You're passionate about retail with proven experience in designing, creating, leading, and tracking effective trainings. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strengths in delivering presentations. You are optimistic, flexible, and able to learn on the fly.

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
