Recreation Supervisor (Finance)
Job Description Summary
Recreation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the pool and beach area activities. Assist with activities for families, adults, and groups of guests. Administrative duties are required and must be able to lift to 50 pounds to set and break down cabana rentals.
Job Description
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills, able to perform physical labor in harsh weather conditions.
- Ability to move and lift heavy furniture and equipment by setting up cabanas, lounge chairs and pool umbrellas.
- Follow all OSHA safety rules and maintain compliance with Sonesta's policy and procedures.
- Ensure guest adhere to all safety rules.
- Responsible for daily administrative duties within the department.
- Supervisory of staff.
- Create policy and procedures to enhance the department.
- Maybe required to attend meetings and other various duties maybe assigned.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts.
- Assist team with guest requests i.e., pool towels, pool rental equipment.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and straightening of the pool deck area.
- Other duties maybe assigned as needed

Pay Range
$31.12 - $33.42 Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills, and job specific/overall experience.
