Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Engineer to oversee and coordinate post-construction cleaning projects. This role bridges the gap between construction completion and client handover, ensuring that all cleaning operations are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with general contractors, site supervisors, and internal teams to schedule and execute cleaning phases.
Conduct pre-cleaning site assessments to determine scope, safety requirements, and resource needs.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
Monitor on-site cleaning activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
Manage labor and equipment allocation across multiple job sites.
Communicate project updates, issues, and resolutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
Track project costs and assist in budget management.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, checklists, and client sign-offs.
