What does it mean to be a Sr Credit Development Manager?

The Sr Credit Development Manager is responsible to manage a portfolio of customers with credit lines of approximately $10M+. The role requires strong financial analysis skills, ability to work independently to formulate recommendations and decisions, and a comprehensive understanding of all Ingram Micro financial solutions.

Who is the successful Sr Credit Development Manager?

A successful Sr Credit Development Manager communicates and builds strong relationships with c-level executives both inside and external to Ingram Micro, collaborates with credit operations, and comprehensively knows Ingram Micro's financial solutions. The Sr Credit Development Manager is a recognized subject matter expert with specialized knowledge in Credit Development. They manage large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager. They coach, review and delegate work to lower-level professionals, often influence others regarding policies, practices and procedure and provide solutions to a variety of advanced complex or technical problems or business issues requiring technical or industry knowledge. They have a complete understanding and wide application and expertise in complex channel finance solutions (i.se MSF), and build proactive relationships with Ingram Micro Sales, VM, Finance, project management. They are able to determine and develop their own autonomous approach to solve functional area related issues.

  • Financial analysis
  • Advanced judgment and decision making and creative thinking for complex problem solving
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Able to identify operating efficiencies
  • Ability to establish relationships at the executive level both internally and externally and with sales leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 8-10 years of financial analysis experience or 10-15 years of general business experience
  • BS College Degree in Business, Finance or related field

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $84,500.00 - $143,700.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
