Talent Specialist (Creative Design)



Job Summary

Provide administrative, analytical, and program management support while planning and implementing core talent initiatives. The Talent Specialist will play a key part in ensuring smooth execution of the 360 feedback program, executive coaching, and enterprise talent planning processes. Responsibilities include program coordination, vendor management, scheduling, survey launches, and preparation of materials for senior leadership. The Talent Specialist will partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance operational efficiency and provide a strong foundational support for Talent functions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of the 360 feedback program, including survey launches, scheduling debrief sessions, monitoring system automations, and managing program inboxes.
  • Provide support for the executive coaching program, including scheduling, vendor communication, tracking participation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare materials for ELT talent planning sessions, assessment debriefs, and other leadership-facing initiatives, including building decks and compiling data.
  • Evaluate and manage vendor relationships to ensure program efficiency, address issues for timely resolution, and oversee invoicing processes as needed.
  • Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for COE programs, and identify process improvements to enhance program effectiveness and scalability.
  • Maintain program trackers, reporting dashboards, and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with COE leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of Talent programs.
  • Assist with additional project work and special initiatives within the COE as needed.

Required Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, Human Resources, Psychology, or related discipline.

Work Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR, program management, or related role(s). Experience in talent management, leadership development, or assessment programs preferred.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Data reporting and analysis skills required to support program measurement and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various audiences, including senior leadership, external vendors, and cross-functional partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships within and across teams.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, assessment platforms, survey tools) preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$68,640.00 - $99,320.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
