The position is responsible for the planning, directing, and coordination of sales and related operations within assigned region containing no less than 6 retail stores. Duties and responsibilities include recommending policies and procedures, managing daily operations, planning the use of materials and human resources, insuring the stores' are focusing on profitable operations that enhance the financial independence of the division and organization overall.

Duties will also include but are not limited to:

  • Determine management staffing requirements; interview, hire, train and develop new store managers, or support store managers in filling store management team vacancies; evaluate store performance and provide coaching or support as needed.
  • Support stores' integration into the community to drive donations and sales revenue.
  • Advise stakeholders on organizational policy matters related to contract and legal compliance and recommend needed changes.
  • Maintain a current and up-to-date understanding of and comply with all organization policies and procedures.

Travel Required: Yes, some travel may be required. 

Hiring Range: $77,000-$80,000/year

Qualifications: Bachelors degree and 4+ years of related experience, Associates degree and 6+ years of related experience, or High School equivalent and 8+ years of related experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications as well as using internet tools and resources
  • Ability to lead, motivate and manage a diverse team, with the ability to manage tight deadlines
  • Supervisory experience is required
