Janitor (Maintenance)

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and compassionate Janitors. The primary purpose of this job is to maintain a safe, orderly and clean environment free of obstacles and odors.

Full Time

Pay: $17 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all public and common areas throughout the day including lobby, restrooms, drinking fountains and floors.
• Maintain the cleanliness of resident rooms and bathrooms
• Maintain handrails to ensure they are clean and free of debris
• Clean and remove dust, dirt or food off walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures. towel bars, towel dispensers
• Empty trash cans and replace liners
• Sweep and mop floors
• Utilize proper safety measures when cleaning, including the use of caution signage and keeping supplies and chemicals out of reach of the residents
• Use supplies and equipment in a safe manner by following the user manual instructions
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment and storage areas in a safe, sanitary, clean and orderly manner
• Customer skills and positive attitude
• Work independently or with a team.
