What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business function or significant experience (5+ years) in a related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Mars reporting and analytics solutions, including SAP BW, Azure data lake, and Power BI (2+ years).
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex datasets, building Excel PivotTables, and identifying trends to support data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in data quality and cleansing, with a solid understanding of SAP ECC and S/4 data models.
  • General knowledge of SAP Material Management (MM) & Production Planning (PP) modules.
  • Strong cross-team collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with digital reporting systems and experience in stakeholder engagement.
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Serve as a global expert on Mars reporting and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end functional design for Plan-to-Fulfill reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with segment and Enterprise teams on reporting and analytics design and deployment decisions.
  • Drive consistency and standardization in reporting by engaging with Plan-to-Fulfill process owners to catalog reporting requirements.
  • Educate business stakeholders on self-service reporting capabilities and promote user adoption.
  • Partner with technical teams to align data model objects with appropriate technical objects in SAP.
  • Define and maintain source catalogs, data dictionaries, and transformation logic for sustainability data objects.
  • Contribute to the definition of reconciliation controls to ensure alignment between transactional source and target reporting systems.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
