ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We have an opening for a sharp and versatile Branch Administrative Assistant at our Tampa office. This role involves a variety of administrative duties, including client and project setup, preparing project billing, handling collections, processing receivables, payables, purchase orders (POs), and change orders (COs), updating project budgets, vendor setup, distributing reports, entering employee timesheets, assisting HR with employee paperwork, ordering office and safety supplies, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. Additional responsibilities include answering phones daily and occasionally editing and preparing engineering reports and proposals. The ideal candidate will have worked in an engineering firm and performed similar responsibilities.
