Hospice of Lenawee is hiring for a:
Medical Social Worker - Full-time - Day Shift - Hospice
LMSW preferred but willing to supervise an LLMSW
There is an every 3rd week on call rotation
$28.50/hour - $30/hour
$5,000 Sign On Bonus!

We're looking for a Michigan Licensed Medical Social Worker (hospice experience preferred but we are willing to train) who brings excellence, compassion, and integrity to the end-of-life journey. Someone who feels a genuine calling to provide personalized one on one patient-centered care to those we serve and their families.
