Sr Collector - Institutional (Finance)

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. Senior Collector - Institutional Location: Ankeny, IA Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Senior Collector-Institutional to join our team! The Senior Collector will be responsible for the investigations and analysis of credit information while working within established guidelines. Senior Collectors will resolve escalated and complex credit problems but may request assistance on highly sensitive accounts. The Senior Collector will contact customers regarding delinquent payments while also being the primary contact for our regional management team. Senior Collectors build relationships and partner with our branches throughout the US and Canada. Senior Collectors are also responsible for setting up and facilitating all monthly conference calls.
