What you will enjoy doing*

• In this hands-on laboratory role, you will convert kilogram quantities of adsorbent powder to shaped forms, including spheres (beads), using equipment and formulations to manipulate product properties
• You will also learn from technical expert, rather than literature, through hands-on processing of real formulations
• Further, you will be working 8-20 hours per week, preferably in 4 hour blocks
• You have the potential to earn a permanent position as key formulator for Absorption Materials team

What makes you great

• You have a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in chemistry, as this is preferred
• You also have strong communication skills and willingness to accept guidance and feedback from senior staff
• Further, you have proven ability to use combinations of characterization results to modify formulations and methods for continuous improvement of product properties
• You have good record keeping and recall of previous trials, and a natural curiosity to evaluate alternative methods and chemicals
• Additionally, you have the ability to work safely in a chemistry lab, as it is essential to this role
