Plant Maintenance Supervisor

What you will do:
- Develop annual maintenance schedules for our 7 plants along with managing day-to-day maintenance schedules.
- Collaboration with maintenance personnel throughout Northern New England
- Collaborate with plant supervisors and the operation manager to ensure all facilities stay best in class.
- Welding and fabricating.
- Basic Fabrication/welding work (heavy focus on Stick with small amounts of MIG work) on metal structures around concrete plant.
- Precision fabrication/welding work inside of aggregate bins.
- Lead and train maintenance employees.
- Assist with training personnel in proper operation and maintenance around the Plant.
